Looks good, easy setup. Might be my monitor, but the screen goes black every few seconds. Box has instructions on the back, but no paper manual or troubleshooting guide. No support page on the manufacturer’s site either, so if you have a question be prepared to search online.

I bought this cord with the hopes of being able to use my PS3 with my 1080i monitor. But there are several games that output only in 720p(or other video output modes), and these games don’t work on my monitor while using this cord. This cord would be ideal for someone that has a tv or monitor that outputs in several modes, but a total waste for those who don’t. Before you buy: check your tv/monitor to make sure it outputs in several different modes before buying this cord.

I got this cable to play my PS3 on a regular 1680×1050 LCD. I was very unhappy of the fact that it only went up to 720p and had no scaling whatsoever like the x360 cable. The image is VERY washed out and I followed the very long directions just like they were intended. Overall, this cable was the only way for me to get some sort of HD on my system so i got it, but I regret not waiting to get a nicer 1080p TV

I bought this product several weeks ago and have not been able to get it to work. I have called Mayflash (the manufacturer) and emailed them. I have called VP Games and emailed them, to no avail. No one will answer my calls or emails and therefore I have gotten no refund or support on this product. Buy with caution!

It “works” in that it allows me to play Wii games over VGA, but my screen blanks for 1 to 2 seconds every three minutes or so. It’s essentially a piece of crap. Go for a VGA to HDMI solution for only slightly more.
