Is The Nintendo Wii Or Playstation 2 Better For Someone Who Isn’t Really A Gamer?

I was going to buy playstation 2, but then i started looking up nintendo wii, i was wondering what is better? I only want to play fun stuff like guitar hero, rock band, dance dance revolution etc, kind of stuff. I’m not a serious gamer I just want something fun!
